We are expanding and ramping up our strength and conditioning program!
Current Classes-
Mondays 6pm-7pm (with Alex)
Tuesdays, 5:30pm-6:30pm (With Moss)
Tuesdays, 6:30pm-7:30pm (With Moss)
Wednesdays, 6pm-7pm (with Alex)
Thursdays, 5:30pm-6:30pm (With Moss)
Thursdays, 6:30pm-7:30pm (With Moss)
Our trainers recommend attending 2 sessions per week.
Currently a "pay by class" model. Subject to change, beginning January 2023
