Lessons:-Any lesson that is scheduled from April 20th and after will be held at the new facility. (address below)-Beginning in May, all lessons will need to be booked through the new software. If you are already a member, you can log into your account and book from there. If you are not a member, you can click the "Not a Member? Make a Booking" Button. (link below)-If you are a member, you will see and be charged the discounted member price. If you are not a member, you will see the new prices (new prices go into effect for any lessons booked for May 1 or after).-Beginning in May, there will also be a cancellation policy. If you do not cancel within 12 hours of your booked lesson, you will be charged a $15 cancellation fee. If you cancel before then, no fees will be charged.
Tunnel Rentals:-Tunnel Rentals will begin on April 18th and can be booked from the same booking site. (link below)-Members will be able to book up to (2) 30 minute slots a day. If a member is at the facility and would like more time AND there are open, unbooked tunnels, they may use the space (until/unless a member who has not utilized their daily slots books that tunnel)-Nonmembers can rent tunnels for a fee, again, using the same link/booking site.
Camps and Clinics:-Camps and clinics will be added as we get going. Again, they can be booked from the same site. (link below)
Payment Options:-As usual, we will accept cash and check. -We will have a credit card swiper at the new facility to take payment for in person purchases. You can also pay ahead of time, online using your credit card or banking information. -We will NOT be accepting Venmo beginning May 1st. This is because we are adding the convenience of taking credit cards and it is very hard to itemize venmo transactions.
